Job Description

WIW protocol is a privacy-preserving on-chain identity protocol that helps to build and maintain the reputations of Web3 users. Our Marketing Managers are skilled at crafting compelling narratives and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.

As a Marketing Manager for WIW, you will be responsible for promoting the protocol and representing its interests in the market. You will also act as a customer advocate internally, working to find creative solutions to complex challenges. To succeed in this role, you should be skilled at crafting compelling narratives and presenting them effectively at marketing events. Strong storytelling skills and a passion for the WIW protocol will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• You’re an expert on our product suite and developed a firm grasp of our market to craft and drive messaging
• You can develop socially viral content that can win the hearts and minds of the ecosystems, whether that is Twitter Spaces, videos, podcasts, or other content series.
• You can collaborate across departments effectively, and create value through collaborations.
• You’re consistently exceeding quarterly marketing targets.

A Background Like This Helps:

• 1+ years in a marketing, branding, and operation role.
• 1+ years working in a Web3 business.
• An ability to drive brand awareness from 0 to 1
• A mix of marketing experience for B2B and B2C is strongly preferred
• Strong storytelling skills, and the ability to create clear and compelling narratives
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
