Job Description
WIW protocol is a privacy-preserving on-chain identity protocol that helps to build and maintain the reputations of Web3 users. Our Business Development Representatives are skilled at crafting compelling narratives and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
As a Business Development Representative for the WIW protocol, you will be responsible for promoting the protocol to potential partners and stakeholders and helping to drive its growth and adoption within the Web3 ecosystem. You should be confident in your ability to engage with prospects, identify their pain points, and convert them into registered customers and partners through the successful management and closure of high-quality deals.
Responsibilities:
- You’re an expert on our product suite and connecting prospects with solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- You can effectively manage the end-to-end customer funnel, from initial outreach to contract completion.
- You can collaborate across departments effectively, and create value through partnerships and collaborations.
- You’re consistently exceeding quarterly business development targets.
A Background Like This Helps:
- 2+ years in BD or strategic sales role.
- 1+ years working in a Web3 business (Dapp, Layer 1 / 2 protocol, Web3 dedicated VC, etc.).
- An established network in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong working knowledge of blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Layer 2 scaling solutions, DID, NFT, DeFi).
- Strong writing, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, responsive to action items, and able to drive work forward.
